Fellowship to Explore Collective Consciousness
The Conscious Collective is offering a unique 6-month research and activation fellowship for young professionals to explore the presence and practice of collective consciousness in societies around the world. This fellowship invites inquisitive, open-minded thinkers to investigate how collectives can foster shared awareness, connection, and purpose, and explore the organisational practices that shape human perception, imagination and creation.
We are seeking individuals with strong research and analytical skills, curiosity across disciplines, and the ability to synthesize insights from sociology, psychology, philosophy, science and art. Excellent written and verbal communication, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for collaborative inquiry are essential. The ideal fellow will combine intellectual rigor with creativity, empathy, and a commitment to deepening our understanding of collective consciousness.
Roles & Activities
Research and exploration on how collective consciousness is emerging and being practiced today across different communities and disciplines
Synthesis and compilation of examples, case studies, practices, testimonies from individuals, organizations, disciplines and movements
Assisting in the writing of articles that could be published / posted
Coordination and management of Conscious Collective events and gatherings
Development and management of channels of communication and engagement (website, substack, WhatsApp group, email list, etc)
Timeline, Stipend, Expenses
The 6-month Fellowship comes with a $6000 stipend and would assume an average of 8-10 hours per week over the course of the 6 months with a weekly coordination meeting
The Fellowship is remote but could involve travel to gatherings, events and/or for primary research
Any expenses associated with travel or with conducting research (cost of books, journals, etc) will be covered separately
